For more than 200 years, Navsari housed the most sacred of Holy Fires brought by the early Zoroastrians settlers from Iran. Being the birthplace of Sir Jamsetjee Jejeebhoy (First Baronet), Dadabhoy Navroji, and Jamsetji Tata, Navsari with its large Parsi population, is considered by many to be the ‘Dharam ni tekri’ in Jamshed Baug.
