Sir J J Holiday Villas and Sir J J Sanitarium are ideally situated atop the verdant surroundings of the bhor ghat. Since Khandala is located barely 90 Kms from Mumbai and 70 Kms from Pune, it is easily accessible by road and rail for a quick getaway from either city.

Sir J J Holiday Villas were constructed in 2005-06 from a munificent Donation received by the Fund. It comprises 2 independent Villas having 4 spacious AC Rooms each, with attached balconies and an unobstructed view of Khandala Lake.

Sir J J Sanitarium consists of Blocks A & B. Both Blocks were constructed by the Fund in the mid-1970s. Between 2014 and 2016, both Blocks were fully renovated and refurbished with modern amenities.

Block A is a Ground+1 storey structure comprising 6 AC Apartments of 2 Bedrooms each with attached Toilets and a Living Room with a balcony. Block A also has a common TC Lounge cum Dining Room.

Block B is a Stilt+2 storey structure providing a panoramic view of the Lake and the bustling Hill station. Block B comprises airy 1 and 2 Bedroom Apartments with attached Toilets and a Living Room with an attached balcony. Block B also has 2 common Pantries with a Refrigerator for the exclusive use of the residents.

Discounted rates are offered for use of our facilities in Khandala between Monday to Thursday.
